We have had several house concerts and informal jams in our Happy Hen Barn, and all were wonderful rare events (the first was our wedding in 2005). The barn is a magical place, unlike any other, but closed in the cold months. ...it can get hot in mid-summer too; the best times are May-early June and September-early October.
And the Hayloft offers rustic luxury lodging.
