A songwriter and guitarist inspired by historical fiction, speakeasy era Americana and the sounds of Hot Club Jazz, Western Swing and American Roots Music. The original music Dean writes is inspired by Django Reinhardt, Bob Wills etc. Being influenced by music from the 30's & 40's and writing original songs based on that sound, has been a great pleasure for Johanesen. It also gives him an opportunity to share his love of artists that many are not aware of from that time period.

$25 Suggested donation per person collected at gate. Gate opens 30 minutes before the show. BYOBooze and snacks. Non-Alcoholic drinks and popcorn provided. Bring your lawnchair for outdoor shows or arrive early to use my patio furniture. I have seating on the lawn and on the lanai with views of the stage. Restrooms inside. Seating provided for indoor shows in case of inclement weather.
This is a listening room experience so limit conversation, phones and anything that distracts from the performance and disturbs those around you. No pets allowed.
