Joe Milligan’s interest in music began in childhood when he started playing guitar at the age of seven. Joe was captivated by the likes of James Taylor, John Prine, Gordon Lightfoot and the other great artists of the ‘60s. Joe continued his music and songwriting throughout his teens before life took him in another direction.
