Kris grew up on a farm in Florida making up songs with her sister in their treehouse. She started doing plays and musical theater and moved to LA to pursue acting. But she kept writing songs and eventually that became her main focus. She put out “The Left Atrium” in 2013, then “Heartbreak Is Contagious” in 2017, and “Pieces That Were Stolen” in 2018.
In 2019, Kris Angelis packed up her broken heart into her little blue Prius and personally booked and performed over 100 shows acros...
Outdoor shows: May-September in our large yard. Bring your own lawn chairs and snacks and beverages. In case of rain, we will move to the screened-in sun porch. In case of high heat, we will be in the air conditioned living room.
Indoor shows: in the living room, limited to 25 people. Light potluck before the show. Beer and wine are welcomed.
While our artists are mostly acoustic musicians, the shows will be lightly amplified to ensure everyone can hear.

Our home occupies space on the ancestral, traditional, and contemporary lands of the Peoria, Fox, Potawatomi, and Anishinabewaki peoples. We are grateful and humbled to have the opportunity to steward this land in their absence. We hope to honor their legacy by sustainable, non-toxic, and loving land and wildlife habitat management.
